State permit to carry handgun for personal defense

America Sign Language instructor is offering a MN state permit to carry pistol for public defense use and basic handgun safety course.
We have a right to protect ourselves from tragic situations such as forced-sexual assault and/or life-threatening attacks. In 2003, Minnesota passed a law to allow Minnesotans and other non-residents to carry pistols in public for personal defense to protect us and or others from attackers.
The course will be for anyone who speaks from mid to fluent in America Sign Language. Course length will be approximately four hours with a power point presentation on laws about firearms in public, how to face life-threatening and dangerous situations, basic handgun knowledge and live firing of a pistol at a range. Fee is $90.00 and includes book, classroom instruction and use of range. Course will be held at Total Defense in Ramsey, MN on Thursday March 16th at 4:00pm. The address is below:
